Community Housing Innovations Community Housing Rental Counselor Massiel Rodriguez will lead a virtual presentation on fair housing rights, eviction prevention resources, and a range of services offered by CHI to help prevent homelessness and promote long-term housing stability. This presentation, sponsored by Westchester Disabled on the Move, will also offer information on CHI grant programs, including support for first-time homebuyers and its Renters Safe Housing Incentive Program, which helps renters access safe, affordable housing.
