Alex Payan is a professional dedicated to advancing housing equity and supporting community-focused initiatives. He serves as a Fair Housing Test Coordinator at Westchester Residential Opportunities, where he helps coordinate testing activities and supports efforts to promote fair and equitable housing practices.
