WDOM is collaborating with Westchester County’s Office for People with Disabilities on the county’s celebration to commemorate the anniversary of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The law, passed in 1990, is the most significant piece of legislation contributing to the independence of people with disabilities. Now more than ever, it is important for us to celebrate this achievement.
This year’s event will be held at Playland on July 15 at 11:30 at the Music Tower Stage. We encourage everyone to attend.
Thank you to Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins and the Westchester County Board of Legislators for sponsoring this event.
