She served one term as Scarsdale mayor from 2011 to 2013 and served as trustee for two terms from 2007-2011. She’s a registered independent\, running on the Republican ballot line. DESCRIPTION:Lyft blocks WAV drivers from picking up wheelchair users in 96% of the regios where Lyft operates. In 2017\, Westchester Disabled On the Move\, Inc. and Harriet Lowell filed a federal lawsuit demanding that Lyft serve wheelchair accessible vehicle users everywhere and stop discriminating against people with disabilities.\n\n \n\nOur court case to force Lyft to serve people with disabilities will go to trial on July 8\, 2024 and is expected to last for 5 days but may last up to two weeks. The trial is open to the public\, and advocated and supporters are welcome to attend this trial.\n\n\n\nRSVP\n\n \n\nWAV transportation and lunch will be provided to all attendees free of charge.
