
Congratulations to the staff of WDOM for great work in serving our clients.
In a recent consumer satisfaction survey conducted by the New York State Independent Living Council (NYSILC) and Continuing Educational Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) WDOM scored an overall 96.29 percent on customer service.
According to the survey of past WDOM customers, we scored above 90 out of 100 in all nine areas of service, with respondents agreeing that they were treated with respect, were responded to in a timely manner, and were satisfied with the support and services they received.
“The survey results underscore the feedback that we continually get from our clients that our staff is knowledgeable and effective,’’ said Maria Samuels, executive director of WDOM.
