Debra Rose Williams is a 68-year-old woman who is legally blind. She is enrolled in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). Williams had been approved for 21 hours of care from her personal assistant but needed 30 hours a week. After several appeals, Westchester Disabled on the Move was able to get Williams the hours she needed.

I was able, through their work, to obtain more hours for my disability and have more time for my managed care needs. The program is a big help to people who have managed care need.
